I made some sugar cookies for my students. They look questionable (pepto-bismal pink..). I was going to keep adding red food coloring, but I stopped. I'm not sure why. They taste good though because I used a good sugar cookie recipe that has been recommended before. I dyed the sugar that went on top, too. That was fun. I just dropped in red liquid food coloring to a small bowl of sugar, mixed it, and layed it out on some wax paper to dry.
